Do you hate salary negotiations? Good, so do we! Hence our salary model is very straight forward: every person at Arado gets 50 % of what they invoice as salary. This could mean for example ~7000€ / month for you in case you work 157,5 hours for our customer with a price of 90€/h. In case you would be out of customer work, we offer you a base salary of 3500€. On top of salary, you will be getting all the normal benefits like lunch, phone, and health care insurance. We decide together on the benefits we want to have.

How we work?

We work closely with our customers by joining their teams. Normally we have 1 - 3 persons from Arado working in the same team and we aim that there would always be at least two of us joining the same customer team. Our clients are by default ok with remote work and most of us are able to work fully remotely if they choose to do so. Our working language at Arado is English.

We develop our company together. Every person can based on their own interest develop our company forward. We want to keep being the best place for our people and we believe, that listening and giving possibility to affect how the company is run helps us on that mission.

What are we looking for?

‍

We would love to see a person with:

- 4+ years experience as a software developer

- .NET experience

- Love for working with people

- Love for solving technical (and business) challenges

- Understanding, that there is always more to learn and eagerness to develop your skills

We also see experience and interest in these as a benefit:

- Frontend development (for example with React, Vue, Angular, WPF or UWP)

- Cloud development (for example with Azure or AWS)

- CI/CD (for example with Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Gitlab or Github)

- Different kinds of testing phases and tools

- Working as a consultant in a customer team

- Taking part in developing our company

- 5000€ - 8000€ / month
