Feel free to contact us via email, or alternatively you can just send a LinkedIn message to any Aradonian. No need to write a novel, but we hope you’ll include some description of your previous work history. An attached CV or a link to your LinkedIn profile will suffice.
After getting in touch with you, we will schedule the first meeting. During the initial session we will tell you a bit more about us and our ways of working, and get to know you a bit better. Also you'll have a chance to ask us some questions.
The second meeting is more technically oriented and you will be able to tell us more about your competences. We won’t put you on a grill or try to fool you with trick questions. Instead, we want to hear about your past projects and current interests.
After the technical discussions, you’ll get to meet some more Aradonians. We usually get together either at our office or remotely, and you have a chance to say hello to your future colleagues who’ll be there for you during work and with whom you’ll share memorable moments also in your free time.
After each step, we will be in touch with you. We want to hear how you feel and what you think of our recruitment process. We know that things need to click both ways. We want to make sure we’ve been able to answer all of your questions and provide you with all the information you need to make your final call.
After mutually agreeing to join forces, we welcome you as a part of Arado. Then we'll start the preparations and go through the practicalities regarding your first days as an Aradonian.
Here you can review our register and privacy statement and see what information we collect about you during our recruitment process.
