Arado was founded to be the best workplace for us. Our driving force has been to grow the team with talented and genuinely nice people with whom our customers enjoy working as much as we do. We believe that investing in our people and their well-being is the key to a successful business. One of our core values is that customer comes first and it’s nice to notice we’ve been able to build long-lasting relationships where our consultants are appreciated and they are an integral part of the team.

For us, being the best place to work means that everyone has full ownership of their own work and time. Everyone is trusted 100% from day one and there’s a culture of self-leadership in our team. We believe in transparency and giving everyone the opportunity to influence what we are doing as a company. We have chosen to grow moderately to make sure we can hold on to the great culture and atmosphere we have. You can be the best at what you do and still have fun while doing it!

We want to be an employer everyone of us can appreciate. This is a never-ending process and we keep on asking how we could be an even better workplace in the future. During our six years of business, just one employee has left. It seems we are doing something right!

Don’t get us wrong, we’re not perfect! At the moment we are learning to improve our goal-setting skills and experimenting what is the best way to have personal growth discussions within the team. A while ago we noticed our salary model needs fixing, so together with the team, we were able to create a model everyone is happy with.
